Profile Information

About Me

I am a former professional boxer as of 03/28/2009. I finished my career with a 31 win, 13 losses, 1 draw and 11 knockout record. During my career I fought many of the best names such as Diego Corrales, Jose Luis Castillo, Mickey Ward, Antonio Ramirez, Jose Luis Juarez, Lovemore N'dou, Steve Forbes, Michael Clark, Stevie Johnston and Alex DeJesus. During my career I won 4 minor titles. 1st was the WBB Intercontinental Title against Raphael Olvera, 2nd was the minor world title UBF against Sergio Macias, 3rd was the WBC Fecarbox title against Juan "Pollo" Valenzuela, 4th was the NABF Title against Antonio Ramirez. I was given the opportunities to fight for the IBO, IBA, WBC latino and WBO latino titles, but came up short by split decisions. Many fights that I lost were very discouraging to me being that I along with spectators and media felt I won these fights. Unfortunately, there are times we can't beat the system. Being that if were the visitor fighting either in the other guys house or fighting for the other guys promoter. One thing I can say is that I had a great career, I'm healthy and thank you Jesus.

Interest

Right now my intertests are still in boxing but in a different route. I would love to Manage, Promote and/or train fighters. Right now I have three sons and 1 beautiful daughter who looks like her beautiful mom. My 9 year old son Stevie "The Lil Mongoose" the 3rd has 7 fights as an amatuer, my 16 year old son Matthew is a talented up and coming gospel rapper for Jesus, my 19 year old son Joshua is a talented pianist/keyboardist who plays gospel and jazz. We are from Southern California Palm Springs area. I am a General Contractor in the construction field. Lastley, I am married to a beautiful woman in great shape who is a personal fitness and boot camp trainer along with being a great mother of 4 and a great and wonderful wife. My last interest is to get my relationship closer to God and gain wealth spiritually,emotionally and physically.
