Pacman by TKO in the 10th.

Pacquiao has agreed to a 52 - 48 split and will take on Ricky hatton at 140 ilbs. This sure beats hatton vs. mayweather II, hatton vs. De La Hoya, or Hatton vs. winner of Marquez Diaz.

I totally agree with Vic on this. Pacman vs Hatton could possibly be fight of the year...How can it not be?

Yes Fight of the year!! Pacman does not stop ,will keep forward motion the entire bout!! Keep a look out for Kevin Johnson in the heavyweight Div.

I will be good to see how this brawl turns out. Hatton is a non-stop all action fighter and Pac is deservedly the P4P king right now... A lot of boxing analysts might be thinking Pac has this bout easy but I think it will be a grueling match up for both men. Looking forward to it!!!

PJ-
As great as Pac looked against DLH, I'm still concerned about him at this weight. He's only fought the two fights over 130, Oscar and David Diaz at LW. Hatton's undefeated at 140 and although he didn't look all that great against Lazcano and only slightly better against Paulie, he's still dangerous. I'm going with Manny, but it's going to take everything he's got.

I'm almost tempted to say Hatton will win as Manny needs room to get his work done. He needs distance to generate his power. Hatton stays on you like a bad rash and can fight dirty. Low blows, rabbit punches and hit and hold. It will be a tough ask for Pac to out muscle Hatton.
